Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original Bronx packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
